IMPORTANT: GOOGLE MAPS HAS US LIVING IN RIDGEWAY WHICH IS THE VILLAGE 3 MINUTES NORTH AND EAST OF US. YOUR GPS MAY DO THE SAME BUT DON’T PANIC BECAUSE EITHER ONE WILL GET YOU HERE.
CRYSTAL BEACH AND RIDGEWAY EXIST WITHIN GREATER FORT ERIE (GFE)
There’s a lot of road work happening on the QEW these days but that’s nothing new. Factor in higher volume of traffic typical on the Labour Day weekend and plan accordingly.
These are a couple of alternate routes that will get you off the QEW:
***Exit Centennial Pkwy N / RR20 S
This is a more scenic drive taking you up and over the Niagara Escarpment and into Port Colborne where you will carry on to our location. Study the map carefully because there are many twists and turns. Give yourself a little extra time to get here and arrive safe and sound.
***Exit Hwy 406
This route will take you toward Thorold/Welland/Port Colborne.
Follow 406 to roundabout & under canal to 140 to Main St. E. / Hwy 3. Turn left toward Fort Erie. Continue to Gorham Rd. (major intersection). Turn right through Ridgeway and continue one block south of Farr Ave. (stoplight/cemetery). Turn right on Michener and continue past stop sign to first bend in road.
Use the interactive MAP above to plug in directions from PEACE BRIDGE and RAINBOW BRIDGE.
Please be mindful and respect our fabulous neighbours by NOT obstructing their driveways when parking on the street.
This is one small but significant way to diminish your carbon footprint. Find one or two or five others with whom you can share the ride, the gas, and an extraordinary musical experience.
